The Sciba Family

It isn’t often that a Jack Russell can completely upstage a family portrait session, but Gordon did!  He is just as cute as he can be and definitely wanted to be IN the portraits, but he just wanted to pose.  He climbed on top of his family, hid in between and behind them, or just wandered in and out of the shots.  Honestly, it was like a hilarious live action “Where’s Waldo!”

The Reed Family

Lets be honest, handing a six month old is enough to make any mom be frazzled.  How about handling TWO six month olds and a four year old by yourself??  I was amazed at the Reed family and how put together they were for their portraits!  I think if I had to take everyone for portraits while my husband worked, I would be a total basket case!  :)

Baby Jordan

Baby Jordan is so adorably smushable– you just want to snuggle him!  At three months most babies are totally into their mommies, but Jordan is undeniably a daddy’s boy!  Not that daddy spoils him or anything… :)

Susan & Matthew

Matthew has grown into such a big boy since we saw him last!  He is a pretty independent inquisitive guy, but is definitely his mommy’s little boy.  I would never describe him as shy, though!  He came right over to me, crawled in my lap and started playing with the camera.  Maybe I should worry about my job security?? :)

John Harold & Jackson

It is so heart warming to see babies who really adore their older siblings.  This is definitely the case with Baby Jackson and Big Brothe John Harold.  Jackson only had eyes for big brother during the session, so John entertained his brother with his “train dance”.  Thank goodness for tiny assistants!!

The Cooksey Family

Its time again for the annual Cooksey Family holiday portrait!  Wooo!  :)  Seriously, I always have so much fun with the Cookseys– they make my job so fun and easy!  This year we did the portraits at their home in Southwood.  The kiddos had a super fun time with Mr. Olyn being the tickle monster and I have to admit I got more than my fair share of the tickling!  I just love being able to watch this family grow over the years, its the absolute best!!
