Another one of my babies is a big kid now! Kelsey just celebrated her first birthday and the poor little thing had croup on her birthday! That just shouldn’t be allowed to happen– you shouldn’t be able to get sick on your birthday! She was feeling a lot better and we got to play for a few minutes out at Goodwood!

Saturday morning was time for the annual Ray Family portrait! We had been planning for weeks to do the session at the old Capitol… only to realize that all of downtown was blocked off for FAMU homecoming! A quick venue switch to Goodwood and we were good to go!

Olyn and I have been looking forward to Sheena & Cades’s wedding for ages! They are the best couple– they are so much fun to be with and they are so much in love. Everything just seemed to come together for their wedding– the hot weather finally cooled off, the new hotel opened in time and they actually ran AHEAD of schedule all day! I hope they are having a blast in Key West, can’t wait to see them when they get back!
Sheena and Cade got ready at the brand new Hotel Duval in Tallahassee. The hotel so matches their style– it was simple and contemporary. I had a lot of fun with the details of the hotel– here are their rings on one of the bathroom faucets:
Since Sheena was ready so early, we got to play around in the new hotel! How fun!
Once we got to Goodwood, it was Cade’s turn!
The entire day was really emotional, but almost everyone broke down for at least a moment during the ceremony.
Fun portrait time before the reception… it was so strange to be outside in the COOL air!
The Goodwood Carriage House looked absolutely amazing for the reception! LOVE the linens from Silver Linings!
Sheena and Cade are so in love… just look how engrossed they are with one another!

Cade fed Sheena cake first and was very sweet. Sheena was… less than sweet…
We snuck outside for a little romantic time…
The night ended with a farewell into an awesome Rolls Royce convertible… a departure with style!

Kelly & Randy’s Labor Day Weekend wedding was such a celebration of details! I think Kelly planned that event down to the very tiniest detail! From the lottery ticket favors to the cupcake wedding cake, it was fun, whimsical and very laid back.
Bella Flora did a great job with all the flowers! I just love the punch of color from all the bouquets and bouts!
Although it was a tad toasty at Maclay Gardens, the ceremony was so incredibly sweet and emotional.
I love this series Olyn took of Kelly and Randy playing around at Goodwood! How sweet!
The food was definitely one of the highlights of the day! Klassic Katering always does a great job, but this was just phenomenal!!
What a way to end the night! Yummy yummy cupcakes from the Cake Shop!

I had the GREATEST time at Goodwood on Friday with the Doddington family! They are so funny and laid back, we had a blast playing all over the gardens.

The rain caused us to reschedule Jackson’s six month portraits twice, but we would not be deterred today! Jackson was fighting off a little cold, but he definitely brought his game face and gave us some great smiles!

The Hayes Family shoot was less than routine! Gabe was a riot and any question I asked was answered with “For one thooooousand dollars… cash.” Big Sister Hannah gave me lessons in cool talk (since I am now old and way un-cool). So, let me holla at my baller! LOL, thanks Hannah!
