Welcome to the Long's Photography blog! This is just a little place where we share our favorite images from weddings and portrait sessions! And it’s a great place to get to know us, as we do tend to brag a bit about our own family. Be sure to check back often as we are constantly adding new images!

Who are we?

Long's Photography is the husband and wife team of Linda and Olyn Long. Based in Tallahassee, Long's Photography provides innovative and artistic wedding and portrait photography throughout Florida and the Southeast.

We are committed to creating images as distinct and individual as our clients themselves. Using a combination of photojournalism and portraiture, we strive for artistically beautiful images that are filled with emotion and drama. Whether it is family portraits, a wedding, engagement portraits, boudoir portraits or a baby's first year, each session and each image should be a testament to who you are and what you love. Long's Photography is the premier wedding and portrait photographers in Tallahassee, receiving the 2009 Tally Award as Tallahassee's Best Photographer.

Its finally alive! :) Olyn and I have been telling everyone that we were planning to redo our website for months and, well its finally done! The bigger news is that it is a blogsite– a hybrid between a blog and a website. Now, the same site will have all our latest updates as well as our galleries, info pages, and contact form.

So, if you have not already, go to www.LongsPhotography.com and check it out! While you are there, be sure to update any bookmarks you might have, as this site will no longer be updated. Thanks to everyone for all their support of our blog– because of your comments and feedback, we have made the new blogsite even better. What is going on with the blog!?

So, many of you have noticed that posts aren’t coming as quickly as they normally do and today we lost the text to quite a few of our recent posts. Well, this is all because of some exciting changes that we have coming. We are super excited to share the news in the next day or so, but in the meantime, please pardon the blog wacky-ness!
